The Craftsmanship
Each "Bunny Boule" is individually hand-shaped by our bakers. We use a specialized scoring and folding technique to create the iconic ears and rounded body, ensuring that while the shape is festive, the crumb remains open, airy, and true to our high standards.
Signature Ingredients & Process
The "Slow & Low" Method: Naturally leavened over 24 hours with our mature wild-yeast starter for superior flavor and easier digestion.
Simple, Organic Foundation: Crafted using only organic, non-enriched flour, water, and sea salt.
Golden Crust: Baked in a high-heat stone hearth to achieve a thin, crackly crust and a deep, caramelized finish.
A Versatile Holiday Essential
While it looks beautiful on a display board, this is still our classic, versatile sourdough at heart:
The Perfect Pairing: Serve alongside spring pea soup, honey-glazed ham, or whipped herb butter.
